Every day, 3,400 tonnes of food waste are sent to landfills in Hong Kong, while one million people live in poverty struggling to afford nutritious meals. Feeding Hong Kong bridges this gap by linking food companies and charities to redistribute surplus food from where it is plentiful, to where there is a need. Quality surplus food from the food industry that would otherwise go to waste. Food to charities feeding those in need. With volunteers to collect, sort and deliver food.

Thursday, April 8, 2010. I wake up just this morning and saw Elmer floating with his back flipped in the water aquarium. I could sense a great fight happened at dawn as I see the splashes of water and the scattered residue in the water . There was a skirmish ,indeed. Elmer has fall out of glory of Ares. Another battle won Sparky! I am so proud of you Sparky! .
